Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
We use the Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. The tool itself does not collect any personal data, but triggers other tags (such as Google Analytics). Google Analytics (provider: Google Ireland Limited) is used for the statistical evaluation of website usage. This only takes place after your explicit consent via our cookie banner (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR).
Google Ads & Conversion Tracking
We use Google Ads to draw attention to our offers in search results. By means of conversion tracking, we can determine whether a user has performed a specific action (e.g. filled out a contact form) after clicking on an ad. This also only takes place on the basis of your consent.
Jotform (seminar registration)
We use the Jotform service (Jotform Inc., USA) for our online forms and seminar registrations. The data you enter is processed on Jotform’s servers. We have concluded a contract with Jotform for order processing. The use takes place for the fulfillment or initiation of a contract (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
Calendly (appointment booking)
To enable you to book appointments easily, we use Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). When you book an appointment, the data is transferred to Calendly. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (contract fulfillment).
Zoom (online sessions)
We use Zoom (Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA) for video sessions and online seminars. Metadata of the communication as well as profile and content data may be processed. We use Zoom to provide our services (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).
5. Cookies
We use the consent tool “Real Cookie Banner” to manage the cookies and similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) used and the related consents.
